Carefree offers customer with 2 years warranty on full defect of the equipment which include manufacturing and user defect. Carefree will start initiating on the date of purchase until the end date after 2 years.

During breakdown of the machine, our team will arrange to exchange a good working condition on the same equipment to swap with your breakdown unit. After our team had analyse and repair the equipment, we will swap your unit with our exchange unit at NO COST. (excluding delivery)
