    1. Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including the shipping container. Any goods that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way by the customer are not eligible for a refund. 2. Return Process: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged / defect product, please contact our Customer Service team or email us at natasya@yl-global.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order details and a description of the issue. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. 3. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the wrong item was purchased. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. 4. Refund Eligibility: Any returns made outside of the conditions outlined above will not be refunded. Yun Loong Global Industries Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds or exchanges. 5. Processing Time for Returns and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days depending on the payment method used. 6. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. If the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
